I support women 30+ who feel exhausted, overwhelmed, and disconnected from themselves, not because they’re doing something wrong, but because they’ve spent years putting everyone else first.
As a woman and the daughter of immigrants, I understand the quiet pressure to carry everything. To push through. To stay strong. To survive, even when your nervous system is screaming for rest, clarity, and support.
My own cross roads came while going through perimenopause & studying the final year of my degree. Anxiety, brain fog, and hormonal changes left me feeling like I’d lost myself. Healing didn’t come from doing more - it came from slowing down, listening, and learning to meet my body with honesty instead of pressure.
Today, I hold space for women who are ready to stop overriding themselves and start rebuilding from the inside out.

Perimenopause can begin years before your period stops - often in your mid-thirties or early forties. It's when your hormones start shifting, bringing changes you might struggle to name: heavier periods, intensified PMS, anxiety that feels unfamiliar, sleep that won't come, brain fog that makes you question yourself.
