Naturopathy is a holistic and integrative approach to healthcare that focuses on supporting your body's natural ability to heal. I use evidence-based natural therapies that may include a variety or combination of herbal medicine, nutritional supplements, dietary guidance, lifestyle modifications, and flower essences to address the root cause of health concerns - not just mask symptoms.

Every person's journey is unique. Some clients notice improvements within 2-4 weeks, while hormonal changes and deeper healing can take 8-12 weeks or longer. I will support you every step of the way with realistic expectations and ongoing adjustments to your plan.
No, you don't need a referral to book a naturopathy consultation. However, I believe in integrative care and can work alongside your GP or other healthcare providers to ensure you receive comprehensive, collaborative care.
I'm a degree-qualified naturopath (Bachelor of Health Science) and registered with the NHAA (Naturopaths and Herbalists Association of Australia). I follow the NHAA Code of Ethics and am committed to evidence-based, professional care.
Good news: private health insurance can once again cover naturopathy in Australia. Please note, it's up to each fund whether they offer it, which services are included, and what limits apply, and some are still rolling this out. I'd encourage you to check with your provider to see if you're eligible and what your policy covers.
Unfortunately, naturopathy consultations are not currently covered by Medicare.
Yes, consultation fees cover my time and expertise. Any herbal or nutritional supplements I recommend are an additional cost. I always discuss supplement costs with you before prescribing, and work within your budget to find the most effective and affordable solutions for your needs.
Your consultation does however include your written treatment plan, which includes dietary & lifestyle recommendations, any relevant educational handouts, referral and pathology recommendations as well as a herbal and supplement prescription (if you are happy to purchase).
Perimenopause & Women's Health
Perimenopause is the hormonal transition phase before menopause and it can begin earlier than most women expect, sometimes as early as the mid-thirties. It is a gradual shift in hormones, particularly oestrogen and progesterone, that can unfold over several years. Common signs include cycle changes, sleep disruption, anxiety, brain fog, weight changes, reduced libido, skin changes and simply not feeling like yourself. You can download my free perimenopause handout here, this is a guide on what perimenopause is, signs and symptoms, dietary and lifestyle guidance, and how naturopathy can help you in this season of life.
Perimenopause can look very different from woman to woman. Some common symptoms include:
-
Cycle Changes (Irregular or heavier periods)
-
Sleep disturbances (trouble sleeping, waking in the middle of the night)
-
Mood or Cognition Changes (including anxiety, rage, low mood, brain fog)
-
Vasomotor symptoms (such as hot flushes & night sweats)
-
Metabolic Changes (including weight gain or trouble loosing weight, especially around the abdomen)
-
Fatigue
-
low libido, vaginal dryness, and urinary tract infections
-
Musculoskeletal conditions (including joint aches, bone loss and reduced muscle)
-
Skin Conditions (such as loss of collagen, increased dryness and sensitivity) and
-
Digestive changes (reflux, bloating & constipation)
If you have been experiencing any of these symptoms and more it may be worth booking in a free 15 minute discovery call to see if naturopathy is right for you. Book your call here.

As a naturopath specialising in women's hormonal health, I work to understand what is driving your symptoms at a root cause level. This may include assessing your hormone patterns through functional testing, supporting your gut health, addressing nutritional deficiencies, and creating a personalised plan using herbal medicine, supplements, and lifestyle strategies - all designed to support your body through this transition.
Naturopathy and MHT are different tools, for some women both may be appropriate or not at all (your GP will be able to advise you here). I don't prescribe MHT - that is within your GP or gynaecologist's scope - but I can work alongside your medical team to support your overall wellbeing. Naturopathy has many evidence-based tools to support you through this time. I may recommend pathology or functional testing to investigate what may be driving your symptoms and then use a range of supplement, herbal, dietary or lifestyle recommendations to support you through this time. There is a big focus on building the foundations of health that benefit you regardless of what other treatments you are using.
Yes. Weight changes in perimenopause are common and often frustrating, especially when diet and exercise alone are not working the way they used to. I look at the full picture - hormones, blood sugar regulation, cortisol, sleep, and gut health - to understand what is contributing and create a strategy that works for your body at this stage of life. I use a range of evidence-based strategies such as nutrients, herbal, diet and lifestyle strategies personalised to you.
Absolutely. The hormonal shifts of perimenopause have a direct impact on neurotransmitters like serotonin and GABA, which regulate mood, anxiety, and emotional resilience. I use a combination of nervous system support, herbal medicine, and nutritional strategies to help you feel more grounded, regulated, and like yourself again.
Perimenopause Reset Package
The Perimenopause Reset Package is a 12-week foundations-based naturopathic program designed specifically for women navigating perimenopause. It combines personalised 1:1 consultations, a Perimenopause Education Hub, WhatsApp accountability check-ins, and a tailored treatment plan. You can find out more about the inclusions by clicking here.
If you are over 35 and are experiencing any of the symptoms I have mentioned then the free discovery call is a good place to start that conversation, where I can help you navigate if this package is right for you. Click here to book your free call.
A standard consultation is a single appointment - great as a starting point. The Perimenopause Reset Package is a structured program with multiple consultations, education, accountability, and ongoing plan adjustments over 12 weeks.
The base package includes a $100 supplement credit and a 10% ongoing discount via Vital.ly. Functional testing is optional, and quoted upfront so there are no surprises. As a general guide, we recommend you set aside approximately $100-200 for herbal or supplements each month. However we can also work with you if this falls outside your budget, we will always confirm and explain the rationale and also the duration of how long we expect you to be on supplementation (this may be to treat a deficiency or support you through a particular symptom).
Yes. The full package is available online so you can access support from anywhere in Australia. All consultations can be held via telehealth, and the education hub and WhatsApp check-ins work regardless of your location. If you prefer to see me in person I am also available to see you at my physical locations in the Inner West of Melbourne (Spotswood and Moone Ponds).
The program is built so it does not. The education modules are short and on-demand. The plan is co-created to fit your life. Consistency over perfection is the whole approach. This program is personalised to you and meets you where you are.
Yes, payment plans are available. You can choose to pay upfront or in instalments - just select your preference when booking or book a free 15 minute discovery call if you are unsure here.
