In Thyme Naturopathy is a women's health naturopathy clinic based in Spotswood, in Melbourne's inner west. I'm Diane Dalais, a degree-qualified clinical naturopath (BHSc Naturopathy, NHAA registered), and I work with women from their mid-30s onward who are navigating perimenopause, hormonal changes, gut symptoms, burnout and nervous system overwhelm.
